The house is in a safe established residential neighborhood. The house is a comfortable moderate sized house with an additional large laundry/play/pet/ work room in addition to the 3 bedroom 2 bath house. There is a sliding glass door that opens to a patio in a fenced back yard. There is a side entrance door to a small room that can work as a mud room. It has a great location seven minutes from WEC and convenient to shopping, restaurants and I-75. The space All my listings are pet friendly and regretfully they have hair. I work VERY hard to make sure there is no hair left from the previous pet but it is almost impossible to have no hair. I no longer allow pets on the beds but hair gets everywhere.
