The Sunnyside Country Retreat (7 Bdrm, sleeps 30)

The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Fishing pond, Woods, TRAILS, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. 2400sq ft Event Center with tables (steps away from kitchen), ping pong foosball. Also fire pit, (firepit) , volleyball. and cornhole, soccer. Inside -- 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms & piano, bumper pool. No steps bedroom-Handicap friendly. The space I mat be able to supply enough eggs for 1or 2 days of your stay. The eggs are from my hens and I can replenish if you ask ( but they lay less during the winter) i supply single serve coffee selections and there is a grinder. Bedrooms have total blackout shades so sleeping in will be a pleasure. TV is streaming starlink wifi. Cell service is Verizon or T-Mobile. Location is 1.5 miles from Kilgore OH Guest access This 3 story 4500 sq ft house has 7 bedrooms total ...4 have private baths on the main and top floors... all total 5 1/2 baths. There's an extra sleeping area in the upstairs foyer (2 twins or king) and a queen sleeper in the living room. The walkout basement has 3 bedrooms 1/2 bath gaming area with pool table, foosball and there may be ping pong in the extra event space. The space is all yours but we do run a farm and myself or workers may be outside doing farm things. Other things to note A map is provided for hiking but Martha and Bill usually try to go over boundaries with you at the start of your stay. Ask about feeding the chickens and goats.
