Laundry room is available on-site, ask host for access. ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. THE DRIVE: You will need to drive approximately 500 ft on an unpaved dirt road to access the property. PARKING: There is a plenty of parking space! Please do not park on the street. THE LOCATION: Close to all conveniences in the town of Yucca Valley and with quick access to high-desert destinations such as Joshua Tree National Park and Pioneertown. Also just 30 miles to the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley region. Other things to note PETS: $75 one-time fee, two dogs max. We allow well-trained dogs, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. Be mindful that there are occasional visits from coyotes and other wildlife, as well as cactus plants in the yard and they can get pricks in their paws. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED AMENITIES: We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. SECURITY: A Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house and a second security camera in the rear above the garage, for your security. NO cameras inside the home.
