The space The Pool & Garden Area: The highlight of this property is the shared outdoor space, where you’ll find a colorful pool area surrounded by lush greenery and stunning murals. The garden offers a tranquil escape, with vibrant flowers and plants creating a serene, peaceful ambiance. You’ll be sharing this beautiful pool area with just 3 other Airbnb's, making it an intimate and relaxing space. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying the murals, or taking in the beauty of the garden, this is the perfect spot to unwind. **IMPORTANT***Please be aware that only guests who are included in the booking are permitted on the property. In the spirit of maintaining a somewhat intimate/private/safe pool area, we ask that you please not invite your own guests. The maximum number of people in the loft is 4. If you have children under 6 years old, you will be required to sign a waiver for using the pool. Please let us know at time of booking. Thank you.*** ***Who uses the pool?*** Anyone staying in the yurt (max of 3), anyone staying in our newest rental up by our house (max of 2 guests), and another apartment in the pool area that fits 2 guests and our family of 3 (sometimes we will have a friend or 2 over especially during summer months) including children at times. We rarely have more than a few of our friends in the pool area and if we do, we try to be sure to let our guests know in advance. The pool is very large and It feels like a small resort/boutique hotel, where you may meet some new people/friends. There are many different seating areas around the pool and you can keep to yourself if that is what you wish to do. There are times when you may be the only person using the pool as well. Each of our units offers our guests complete privacy. *Hot tub use* We are always trying to save power where we can. To accommodate all guests, a reservation for hot tub use is required. Hot tub can be used for one hour and needs to be arranged with hosts. If a longer time is desired, there is an extra fee. We are located on the border of El Cajon and Lakeside in San Diego (about 20 miles east of Downtown, which is why we call it Eden East :)) with easy access to the 8 freeway. Our place is not in the city of El Cajon, it is outside the city and feels more like a country retreat on our farm. We are just beginning to live our longtime dream of sharing our land and space with travelers, tourists and friends. We have a 2.5 acre property and the apartment is tucked away down at the pool, separated from the main house. Nearby activities include Lake Jennings, which offers fishing and hiking, as well as several gorgeous parks to visit.. perfect for a family or working vacation. Not to mention all of what San Diego has to offer :) Perfect for a snowbird vacation or on the way to the wineries in Ramona or Temecula, or a trip to Julian...you really can't go wrong in San Diego :) Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the pool area, cabana, bbq and seating areas. There is also a completely private patio at the loft if you want to keep to yourself.
