Quirky Farmhouse Vibe. I had so much fun living in this home while I spent 6 months renovating it. I got to know the neighbors and enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants. It is close to everything yet still has that quiet neighborhood feel. Friday night is my favorite....if you are outside you can hear the sound of the local high school brass band, which I began to look forward to. This home will "hug" you when you enter. The space I have worked hard to make "Texas Bluebonnet Farmhouse" special and I'm excited to host it on Airbnb so others can now enjoy the fruits of my labor. My guest’s pleasure and comfort are a priority to me so please feel free to message with any suggestions or questions that come up for you. Decorating is my passion so I had a blast completing this project. I never expected the cow obsession to come up but I just went with it, Bluebell and Maybelline will be your roommates. The kitchen is brand new in fact at the time of writing we are still putting in the final touches. Guest access There is room for 3 vehicles in the driveway, plus plenty of street parking. There is also an electric charger available for your use with universal EV cars at this property. Shops and restaurants are just a short walking distance away. Other things to note Both mattresses are brand new, and the beds have new feather pillows and duvets, perfect to melt into after a long day. We are still working on the outside backyard, it is a work in progress. Your special furry friends are welcome as long as they are under 20 lbs. As I am sure you are aware that pets are likely to cause more damage/wear and tear on a property than humans so there is a $100 fee per pet, per stay. I have available for your comfort if you need, a baby cot, pack and play, a high chair, and a baby car seat. This way you will not have to schlepp them on the plane. Also, I have a large dog crate with an orthopedic cushion base if you are bringing your furry friend. Please specify in advance if you need these items and we will have them clean and sanitized for you upon your arrival. There is a $30 service fee for each, or $20 for more than one.
