A comfortable little bungalow in a quiet residential pocket of central St. Louis. The big draw: a large, fully fenced backyard your dog is welcome to run, with no pet fees and waste bags provided. Inside: king bed, queen sleeper, fast wifi, stocked kitchen, coffee bar, first floor laundry, and a refinished vintage clawfoot tub. Covered front porch, fire pit out back. We're on a main road 1 min from the highway, 10 mins from the zoo, Forest Park, The Hill and downtown. Responsive local host. The space This is a small, well kept house that we've taken care of for years, and it shows in the details more than the square footage. The bedroom has a king bed, sound machine, fans, USB outlets and a smart TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, fast wifi, a desk and office chair if you need to work, and a second smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's a coffee bar. First floor laundry is included. The bathroom has a newly refinished vintage clawfoot tub if a soak is your thing; there's a shower too. The backyard is the reason most guests with dogs book here: large, private, and fully fenced. We provide waste bags and a few pet extras, and we don't charge pet fees. We just ask that you pick up after your pup before checkout (waste left behind may result in an added fee). Dogs only, no cats please. A few honest notes so there are no surprises: we're on a main road, though the backyard and house stay quiet. The neighborhood is safe and residential rather than trendy; you're here for comfort and convenience, not nightlife out the front door. Nearly everything in St. Louis is a 10 minute or less drive. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside. If you smoke outdoors, please stay at least 25 feet from the home and remove all traces. Guest access The property has a free off street parking spot. Entry to the parking spot is from the alley. No garage access. Free street parking is also available in front of the house. Other things to note We're near The Hill, Clifton Heights and Lindenwood Park, with good coffee and restaurants a short drive away. We love this little house and hope you're comfortable here.
