Centrally-located, newly updated near The Hill & Forest Park. 1 min. from highway & no more than 10 mins from most everything STL-restaurants, downtown, hospitals, zoo, science center, coffee shops, stadiums & more! Dogs allowed! The space This home consists of 1 bedroom with a king bed as well as a queen pull out bed in the the living room. Both rooms have smart tv & fast wifi. Outdoors you will find outdoor seating, fire pit and large fenced yard. The updated bathroom is the perfect place to unwind and relax in the newly refinished vintage clawfoot tub. We do not allow cats in the home. We will provide dog waste bags to clean up. Waste left behind will result in xtra fees. Smoking of any kind is not permitted. If there is evidence of smoking inside the property, your deposit will automatically be withheld. If you do smoke outdoors, please stay a minimum of 25 feet from the home and remove any traces of cigarette butts, etc. Bedroom: King Bed, Fans, Sound machine, USB outlets, Smart tv Living Room: Queen size sleeper sofa, Desk and comfy office chair, Smart tv. Entry to the parking spot is from the alley. No garage access. Free street parking is also available in front of the house. Other things to note We are located in a lovely neighborhood in St. Louis near The Hill, Clifton Heights, and Lindenwood Park. We love this little house and hope you do too!
