Enjoy your morning breakfast on either balconies or on our extra long farmhouse table. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, rocking chair front porches, private outdoor shower, nicely manicured yard and covered parking. You can always rent a golf cart at SunFun Rentals to get around the island. A relaxing Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local boutiques. Have excellent seafood restaurants steps from the home for your delightful vacation days. Don't miss cruises in the marina, Carolina Beach deep sea fishing, and the carnival at night, true once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The Carolina Beach Yacht Club & Marina is down the street as well as Freeman Park where you can drive your 4X4 vehicle on the beach and go night fishing/camping. Sea turtles and dolphins are frequently present in Carolina Beach. Or you can go horseback riding on the beach in the off-season. The sand restoration project has been completed and doubled the size of our beaches. Freeman Park (4x4 only) - this beach restoration is currently going on and targeted to be completed in early April. However, still open to 4x4 vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and the main entrance is a few steps up. The digital code is sent the day of checking in. You have access to entire driveway and yard. Other things to note This Spring, we purchased a new wooden Full over Full Bunk-Bed (pictures have not been updated) that is in the 3rd bedroom which is actually an open loft area on 2nd floor next to the 2nd bedroom. We also have a small cot and air mattress in the 2nd bedroom's closet. As soon as you enter our Casa Del Sol, you'll notice the lighted open concept living with spacious kitchen with high-table with 2 chairs for working remotely. And a custom long farmhouse table with 5-6 chairs and a long bench. The living room has 2 oversized sofas and one is a queen sized sofa bed. Each bedroom has a TV with streaming access to either Roku or Amazon Fire stick including YouTubeTV, Prime, Disney & other streaming services. High Speed internet with Mbps up to 600.
