Private Entrance Suite W/Kitchenette & Patio

Enjoy your own patriotic,western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome! The space This is a cozy 400 SQ ft guest suite attached to our house with a private fenced off patio and BBQ in the back. It is homey, with a country, patriotic theme. It comfortably fits 2 adults, and can fit 3 adults or 2 adults 2 small children but it will be tighter so be aware of that before you book please :) Some items like the door and siding are almost a 100 years old. We do have religious and patriotic art and items in the apartment. We let our guests know that so they can determine if it is a good fit for them :) It is close to Coeur D' Alene and all it's attractions as well as conveniently placed next to many open space parks along bodies of water, including Q'emiln beach park 5 minutes away, Black Bay Park 1 minute away, Falls park 5 minutes away, and close to numerous others. We are 5 minutes from downtown Post Falls yet so close to Black Bay you may see a moose in the neighborhood! They frequent the area especially in the winter. We are also 35 minutes from Spokane Intl Airport. Their is no extra room for extra mattresses, etc. But we have a very comfortable queen size bed, and a queen size lazy boy couch bed and guests may share that. Our tub is small and tall, it requires a high step to get in, and it is on a platform so be careful. Small children may require assistance and supervision. Guest access Suite is completely separate but we are around and some louder noise may carry. Guests are welcome to everything in the suite. Other things to note We charge no cleaning fee! We just ask for a few housekeeping chores before you leave. Wash the dishes, take out the trash and sweep the floor. Leave the place as you found it. If leaving your service animal unattended please use a kennel do not let them roam around the property inside or out. We do not allow regular pets.
