The Rook Mansion and Murder Mystery

We have murder mystery nights for our guests to enjoy while they stay. This game is for up to 16 people. This is optional if you want to have a night of entertainment. This comes as an additional fee of $65 per person. for other entertainment you will also find: Private bar Hot tub Tanning bed Stocked kitchen Disc golf course massive selection of games Poker Table The house occupies the entire block Pets are absolutely welcome! Groups of 16 or less are welcome as per Air B&B rules The space It is a Mansion so families and work groups are welcome, but Air B&B request they be limited to 16 or less people. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is an extra bathroom behind the bar downstairs. We keep a large assortment of games for all ages in the bar area. do be careful with our dart board (if you miss its not the end of the world just be careful not to hit other guests). There is Wifi networked all over the house. We also provide Netflix, Disney and Hulu on three of the big TV's We keep a full kitchen with all the utensils and cookware one would ever need. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement. Feel free to use the detergent and softener. for parents with little ones we do offer a high chair, a box full of toys and books in the living room and the master bedroom has a large crib and changing table. The property is large enough that we set up a small disc golf course around the house. we also have horse shoes and croquet that can be set up outside. message your host to get help with any of these. A working gas BBQ and an elevated bon fire pit on a large stained patio are located on the back side of the house. feel free to use the fire wood as needed. please be aware of wind conditions before lighting a fire. material for smores are in the pantry in the kitchen. Guest access A host will meet you when you arrive to give you a tour and answer any questions you may have. You will have access to everything on the property except the garage and the pool area. The pool is run by an association of members in our community. it is more of a private club so it is not part of the air b&b package. Restricted areas will remain locked. they are for storage. The house and the surrounding yards and gardens are yours to come and go as you please. Other things to note You are on vacation. Don't be bothered with any of the laundry from the beds or the towels. this is included in the price of your stay we don't add cleaning fees or any additional fees unless something is damaged. if there is any spills or large messes please tidy up before you leave but we dont require our guests to do a whole chore list before they leave. Be responsible/reasonable/respectful. This is our home when we don't open it up to guests. The Garage is off limits to guests. This is more of the host's workshop for repairing and fixing the day to day things with the property. If you are interested in wood art or electric wood burning ask the host about this.
