Polices will be sent in a separate email, a welcome message will be sent with further instructions. This cabin is situated on a gorgeous stocked pond in the desirable Pine Hill development. Close to shops and restaurants and only minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. This cabin has it all! Downstairs are 2 of the 4 king size suites with en suite bathrooms, all with double vanities. Also a large open floor plan/living area with ample seating, dining, half bath, laundry and a custom kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 more king suites and a large open loft with extra seating, sleeping and entertainment. Enjoy the outdoors with ample deck space, covered and uncovered. Fish right off the lower deck (bring your own fishing supplies), kayak in the pond, also enjoy the outdoor fireplace and television. Not to mention the fire pit and play ground! Maximum Occupancy: 16 (adults, children and infants) Exceeding maximum occupancy regardless of the age of the guest will result in additional charges and/or possible cancellation.
