We want all guests to have a comfortable and relaxing time! This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the smaller locked shed, the locked sunroom space (this is for our vendors) and any locked closets with a deadbolt. Other things to note Twin Bridges Marina is about a 7-minute car ride to the property. There is a charcoal grill for guests use. Be sure to bring your own charcoal. Walmart is 10 minutes from the property. The nearest other grocery area is Kroger in Milledgeville near 15 minutes away. There is also additional dining and entertainment in Milledgeville.
