The Lower House overlooks the River and is both elegant and cozy. All its rooms are ample. The distinct tower design provides a panoramic view of the River from the master bedroom as well as from the living room. The outside porch is ideal for meals while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The ping pong table in the playroom is always a hit! There is access to shared swimming areas as well as to trails that lead to the interior of Grindstone Island. The space Upstairs there are four bedrooms: Two rooms with a queen-size bed each, and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. There are two full bathrooms between the bedrooms. Downstairs picture windows in the kitchen and dining room provide scenic River views. On the same floor, there is also a large living room with two ambiances, a playroom, and two half-bathrooms. Spending leisure time on Rum Point's raised exterior porch truly completes the wonderful experience of being at the River. Guest access The entire house is available to you. The rental includes one private docking space for a boat of up to 20ft. (boat not included in the rental). You may also enjoy the shared swimming spots, lawn and trails to the interior of the island. Other people who may also use these common areas are guests/hosts from the other house on the property.
