Living room has 1 couch, TV, dining set for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are crib, extra pillows, towels and blanket inside the hallway closet. There are washer and dryer located in garage Guest access Our guests are welcome to use entire house, garage and private fenced backyard! Other things to note There is $20 fee for extra person who is not staying with you. The is $500 party penalty fee. No parties allowed. We can charge for any kind of damage to our property or missing things. Late check outs allowed only by request. Late check out is $25 extra fee for every hour.
