Oleander Cottage, located at 19 Coast Cottage Lane, has been beautifully decorated and is one of the most recently built homes in Coast Cottages. This luxury property features an elevator, four bedrooms, each with its own full bath, and sleeps 12 with stunning views from each balcony or window. The first floor of this home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and spacious den with sectional seating. The second floor of the property showcases the perfect open concept. The spectacular front balcony provides ample space for visiting with the perfect outdoor living area and separate dining area. The space sprawls through an enormous living room to a chef's kitchen and in to a dining space, while concluding on a back balcony. On the third floor of this home you will find an exquisite master suite which engulfs the entire floor. With a private Juliet balcony overlooking the serene walk to the beach, all the way to the jetted Jacuzzi tub sunlight covers everything from the vaulted ceilings to the wood floors. Just outside the entrance to the master suite, find another generous back balcony which harbors a spiral stair case to the best view in the house. Above the palm trees and other homes, find a beautiful view of the ocean. Captivating breezes makes this spot irresistible. Everywhere you turn inside this beautiful seaside home, you'll find wonderful, surprising details. This home has wireless internet access. The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details. Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home. The fireplace is not operational but decorative only. Parking for this cottage is limited to three spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.
