With two master suites and two living rooms, a large dining room and an open floor plan, you can bring all of the littles and enjoy! Speaking of littles, we've got plenty of things to accommodate your minis, including a pack n play, high chair and a kids area in the living room with toys, stuffed animals, books and games. -SDD-2021-02090/82-576-23689 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire four bedrooms and three bathroom house inside and out with the exception of the garage. However guests can use the carport and the 3 car driveway! Plenty of parking for the family and your boats! Other things to note *We do not provide wood for the wood stove or fire pit. You can purchase starter kits at the local grocery store. A dog fee ($35/dog/night) will apply, and we kindly ask that you review our full dog policy (posted on the listing) and keep in mind: - Up to two dogs allowed - The dog is trained not to scratch, chew or go to the bathroom in the house - You do not ever leave the dog on the property unattended at any time - You don’t allow them onto any furniture/linens - You pick up all poo/mess outside - You confirm that your booking clearly lists the pet As long as all of that works for you, we’re happy to have them! Please confirm your agreement through our messages so we have your agreement on record. No furniture is to be moved around anywhere on the property at any time. If furniture is moved or damaged in anyway, we will charge not only for the repair or replacement of the furniture but also for the labor to move the furniture back to where it belongs.
