The space The Cardinal Nest is fully equipped to be your home-away-from home. The cozy space offers a queen-sized bed with bedding and towels provided. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals. Enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite show in the living room. WiFi is provided, smart TV is enabled for Netflix, YouTube, Prime Videos, Hulu, and more. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the breakfast bar area or the deck while having your favorite beverage. ***Cardinal Nest is perfect for couples, although it can accommodate up to 4 people. There will be a $25 fee per guest per night over 2 people. Extra guests can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. -->Please note that there is no door in the bedroom. ***Cardinal Nest is pet friendly, but we ask you to keep your pets off the furniture. There is a $25 pet fee per stay up to 2 pets. 25% discount on weekly bookings 30% discount on monthly bookings Guest access Guests can check in any time after 3 pm. Check-in is contactless, guests will receive a code to the smart lock prior to arrival, lockbox is also available. Parking is free. Check out time is 11am. Other things to note Please Note • Washer/dryer are not in the unit, but there is a laundry room downstairs. • The condo is pet friendly (2 pets maximum). There is a one-time fee of $25 per pet per stay. We ask that you please keep your pets off the furniture. • $30 early check-in fee (upon request and based on availability) • $30 late check-out fee (upon request and based on availability) • $250 smoking indoor fee • $250 fee for vomit, urine, or stool stains
