Welcome to our huge two stories 5 bedroom, 4 bath house located in the beautiful Orange County, California! With high ceilings and ample space, our home is perfect for large families or groups looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Our home can accommodate up to 16 guests, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their stay comfortably. The space Each of the bedrooms is equipped with its own TV, ensuring everyone can watch their favorite shows in privacy. The spacious living room features a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment. The heart of the home is the large kitchen island with high-end appliances, perfect for cooking up delicious meals for your group. We provide both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, so you can enjoy your preferred coffee just the way you like it. In addition, our home features a back enclosed patio where guests can enjoy some fresh air and outdoor space. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the entire home, including all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and back enclosed patio. However, we kindly ask that you do not block the left-hand driveway, which is shared with tenants in the back, to ensure they have easy access to enter and exit their property at any time. We want to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and respecting the privacy and access of our back tenants is an important part of that. Other things to note We take the peace and privacy of our neighbors very seriously, and we kindly ask that our guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or loud gatherings during their stay. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. Please note that failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of $1000.
