It gets warm during the summer, but there is a portable AC in the unit. The space You have access to the rooftop as well from 8am-10pm. There is a TV with Netflix but you’ll need to use your account. Other things to note There is paid parking lot across the street at 551 Denny Way (http://www.u-parksystem.com/locations/lot.asp?id=318).
