This is a very clean, quiet and comfortable private bedroom in a newly rebuilt townhouse. You will be sharing a bathroom with other guest at time. My house is about 40 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown Washington D.C with all the attractions..I do not have a reserved parking for guests but, street parking is available right at the entrance of the community about 3 mn walk. Grocery Stores & Restaurants are 5 mn away and the closest laundromat "Speedy Laundromat" is about 7 mn away. The space Due to limited parking in the neighborhood, please do not park on anyone spot even for couple minutes. Street parking is available at the entrance of the community, please use those. Guest access The living room is a perfect place to watch a movie with plenty to choose from on Netflix, HuLu & Youtube TV. You will also have access to the kitchen with full appliances: microwave, oven with flat stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers During your stay I will be around mostly after work hours (6:00 AM to 4:00 PM / Monday - Friday) . I am easily accessible via text message / phone call. Free free to ask any question at anytime.
