Conveniently located; 3 blocks from famous and historic Calle 8, only 2.5 miles from Downtown/Brickell, 3 miles from Wynwood, 3.5 miles from Cruise Terminals, 3.9 miles from Miami International Airport and 6 miles from South Beach. Unit is private and completely independent from main house and comes with wifi internet, air conditioning, and 2 Smart TVs with access to the Xfinity app and more than 300 channels available. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook and dine, including an electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, several pots, dishes and utensils. Spacious bedroom separated from the living room, with a very comfortable Queen size bed. Super clean bed sheets and soft pillows. There is an office desk in case you need an area to work with your laptop. No washer/dryer, but there is a coin loundry right on the corner. The amenities include soap, shampoo, body lotion and dental kit. You will also get clean towels. We live in the main house, so if there is anything you may need, don’t hesitate to ask. We will do our best to accommodate and make you feel home. We could accommodate earlier check-in and later check-out whenever it’s possible. Just please ask. Also, in case the place is not ready at the time of your arrival, you can always leave your luggage with us. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. You can contact us 24/7. If there is anything you need, please don’t hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate. Quiet and nice neighborhood, between Little Havana and Coral Gables. Perfectly located, very close to everywhere! Parking is free on the street. Self check-in, with a smartlock. You will get the code along with all other check in info the day of your arrival. There are 3 major supermarkets (Publix, Sedanos and Presidente) only 2-3 blocks away. The famous and historic Calle 8 is right on the corner with the incredible Miami Latin flavor and plenty of restaurants, bars, art galleries and cigars shops. One of my favorite Cuban restaurants in Miami, “Old Havana”, is in walking distance and the most famous Cuban restaurant in US and probably in the world, “Versailles”, is around 15 blocks away. If on the mood to dance Salsa, the best places are “Ball & Chain” and “Cuba 8”, they also have the best Cuban Mojitos, both are 7-9 blocks away. Easy access to public transportation, bus stops on 22nd Ave and Calle 8 (8 street). Instead of renting a car, I would recommend taking Uber/Lyft, we are very close to everywhere, so you will not pay more than 20 dollars for a ride. Just a few things to keep in mind. Please keep the space as clean as possible. If needed there are 2 garbage bins outside (right hand side), use the green one for regular trash and the blue one for recycling. No smoking is allowed, No Exception, there will be a fine of 250 dollars. Additionally, please ensure the A/C is turned off when you conclude your stay.
