Additionally, please note this home is a smoke-free environment and detectors have been installed to detect levels to ensure the cleanliness of the home for current and future guests. Any indication of smoking inside the home will result in additional cleaning fees of $250. Smoking is allowed outdoors as long as all associated items are cleaned up prior to the end of stay. Guests have availability to park in the driveway and directly in front of the location only. Please do not park in front of the neighbors homes. This location can accommodate a max of 4 vehicles (2 in the driveway and 2 directly in front of the mailbox). Highly recommend Prince William Park for a gorgeous walk/run.
