Charming cottage on the Beach

Welcome to our inviting beach front cottage! Beach and Lake view from our charming patio, contemporary kitchen, 2 of the bedrooms and our cozy family room. Immerse yourself in its beautiful vintage aesthetics and modern amenities, creating the ideal sanctuary for your retreat. Take leisurely walks along the white sandy beaches, indulge in refreshing swims in Georgian Bay's waters, or witness the spectacle of vibrant sunsets. 20 mins drive to Blue Mountain, offering exciting skiing! The space Except for one bedroom, you will have a view of the beach from every space in the house. Through patio doors and large windows, two of the three bedrooms open directly onto the beach. All our bedrooms are equipped with high-end mattresses for a restful sleep. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house Other things to note Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. We have arranged lawn mowing. Due to rain the lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower. Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety. Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. However, an empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding. Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed. Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days. From November to April, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions. By booking the house you accept the terms and waive host and co-host for any liability. Linen and cleaning during stay is available for extra cost.
