Located above the fifth floor, this residence is exceptionally wide and open, The space Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound. The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here. Guest access Guests will have access to all resort amenities including Spa, Fitness Center, Market, Tennis and restaurants including Coastal, Al Fresco and Cobalt Bar. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure. Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
