( Owner lives upstairs separate) Apartment access-beautiful swimming pool ,200 ft. Lighted Fishing pier, 2 person hot tub, firepit, and Palapa. Bring your fishing gear there is a stainless fish cleaning table. THIS RENTAL IS FOR TWO ADULTS ONLY .Unparalleled views of Galveston Bay from several seating areas The space This property is located directly on Galveston Bay in Sunny San Leon Texas. Apartment built in 2021 is 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom , kitchenette and living room . Kitchenette does not have stove/oven. Kitchenette does have electric skillet, electric steamer, air fryer,coffee pot,blender,toaster, microwave, and outdoor grill. Large TV’s in living room and bedroom with premium Xfinity Wi Fi, Cable Tv,Netflix,Prime video and more. Guest have access to beautiful pool, “Note-pool is not heated”,200 ft lighted fishing pier , hot tub ,firepit. There are several setting areas overlooking Galveston Bay THIS RENTAL IS FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY. No Parties,events or visitors allowed on property. This property is not suitable for children / infants . Apartment is NON SMOKING inside , but smoking is allowed outside on the property. This is a great place to come relax by the pool,fish and enjoy all the waterfront views and tranquil surroundings of Galveston Bay. Great views of the ship channel with hugh ships passing by,shrimp boats going to work,coastal bird watching, and lots of areas for sun tanning and soaking up the Sunshine. Owner does have additional parking available directly across the street for if needed for a boat or motorcycle trailer. Guest access Guest can park vehicle next to apartment entrance under covered carport. Once reservation is confirmed the day before arrival guest can text or email Host and get code for self check in. Host changes code for every new guest Other things to note I have 2 small pets which you may see occasionally. Pets live upstairs and only go outside to potty!! Sometimes they may play with other puppy guest if compatible. If you have a small pet/pets that is housebroken and gets along with others it is welcome to come on vacation with you . NO Aggressive Dogs allowed. Pls bring what you need to clean up after it goes potty !! Cleaning up poop is not included in the cleaning fee. I do have a pooper scooper available for you to use to help out with that. Note- There is no fence around pool or waterfront bulkhead to protect pet from falling in the water. Your pets safety is your responsibility.
