The space Nestled among mature trees, this property offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere while still being conveniently close to everything. A spacious private parking lot is available on-site for guests. The home is divided into three private units: The Valley Unit : 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms The Peak Unit (Loft): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms The Canyon Unit: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom You are booking The Peak Unit (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Guests of the Peak unit have access to a private small outdoor patio. There is a shared yard with a picnic table, outdoor seating, and a grill, and is located adjacent to the parking area. The Peak unit is located on the third floor and requires climbing two sets of stairs, so please plan accordingly. I do not recommend this unit for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. The beautiful Uncompahgre River is just a short 2-minute walk from the property, located at the end of the quiet, dead-end road—a perfect spot for a peaceful stroll or some quiet time by the water. A shared laundry room is available to all guests, equipped with two commercial-sized washers and dryers. Complimentary laundry products are provided for your convenience. ***Please note: This unit is not suitable for children under the age of 13 and for guests who have difficulty with stairs. ***Please note: Trailers are not permitted in the private parking area. Other things to note This property features three separate units, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space.
