Spacious and Delightful one level 2 bedroom /2 bathroom sunny cottage, oh so close to the beach! The perfect oversized, shared space in an ideal peaceful location! Close to beaches and still near the hustle/fun of downtown Newport! Furnishings have a mid century vibe and bedrooms are located at opposite ends to allow for some privacy. King bedroom also has a fold down sofa. Dining room too! Lovely deck with seating and gas grill off of the living room, which opens to a large yard area. Pets OK! The space There is a dining room with french doors that could be closed and used as an office area. Versatile!! Laundry, AC, close to Newport! Playful coastal blue kitchen with spices, pots pans and serving for 6 people. Bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the cottage which allows for some privacy if you are in a group or sharing with another family. This is a fairly large cottage, spans 1 level and opens up to a fun deck with a large yard right off of it! You will wake up to birds chirping every morning! Both kids and dogs love the yard! (Yes, we welcome pets) Spend your mornings walking down to "Pebble Beach" to enjoy a look at the water or launch your SUP there! This location is second to none! Serene and quiet, but still so very close to all Newport has to offer! Kitchen opens up to living room area and dining room can be closed off if someone has to work. Very versatile place! AC! Laundry! Beach chairs and towels. So close to Newport!! Guest access Whole cottage is yours! Parking for 2 cars. Private deck right off of the living room which opens up to a large yard which is perfect for kids and pets to run around in! "Pebble Beach" is a five minute walk, great for taking kids to in morning to skip rocks, but not a swimming beach. Other things to note Parking for 2 cars This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $75/pet. It is subject for approval.
