A pocket door separates the main level bedroom with pull-out couch + washer/dryer closet and half bath offering privacy for guests. 2nd Floor: 2 Queen bedrooms - bath with shower Nice private fenced in yard with patio & grill, dining table & chairs, and comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing! Guest access Park your car in the driveway - room for 3 vehicles - and walk to downtown Mystic! Minutes driving time to Mystic Aquarium & Mystic Seaport. Other things to note - Linnens and towels provided. - Shampoo, Body wash, and conditioner in shower - Pack-N-Play, high chair, booster seat, and kid friendly plates, bowls, cups, sippy-cups, and utensils are onsite. - Keurig Duo Coffee maker onsite to make individual K-Cups or a full pot of coffee. - Coffee and K-Cups and Tea provided as well as an electric tea kettle. - Weber propane grill on patio. - Patio furniture (seasonal - April > November) - Private outdoor fully fenced area - Korn Hole for set for outdoor fun!
