Private 2 car garage. Other things to note Although it seems like lots of info, please READ and PRINT this page before your arrival. Our check-in time is 4:00 p.m. PST and our check-out time is 10:00 a.m. PST. If you are booking a future reservation (not the same day) you may check-in anytime after 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot accept same-day reservations after 7:00 p.m. PST. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: *Please keep in mind that check-in and check-out times are firm to allow the cleaning crew enough time between guests. *We have an auto front door lock that will allow you to enter without a key during your stay. This number will be programmed just before check-in and removed upon departure. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided in your booking profile. *Please leave all pool fob and garage opener keys inside the unit on the key hook near the garage entry door upon check-out time. *Please tidy up with trash and dishes, but the cleaning crew will take care of all other major cleaning and laundry. There are trash bins in the garage/or exterior front door for your trash disposal and dishwasher tablets under the sink to run the dishwasher. GUEST PARKING: is either in the driveway spaces in front of the garage units, or there are 2 circled parking lots on either side of the pool/clubhouse area. RV/Boat/Trailer PARKING: is available; however, it is first come-first serve and the HOA does require specific information, so please let me know in advance as I'll have to get you the HOA contact info. There is a designated RV/Boat/Trailer parking area in the back corner of the complex, off Ocotillo Lane. Below is what the HOA will need to park the RV/Boat/Trailer. Copy of trailer registration Copy of insurance Picture of RV/Boat/Trailer Fill out the Trailer parking form A check or money order ONLY made out to The Springs HOA for $10 After receiving all of that, you will get a sticker that has be affixed If you are bringing a RZR, it will need to be parked inside the garage. The complex has many full-time residents, so please be respectful of them by not parking in their spots or fire zones. ESSENTIALS: We do provide enough paper products for the first couple of days of your stay; however, any additional products are our guests' responsibility, as we have no way of knowing how much each guest will require. Additionally, NO FOOD products or condiments of any kind are provided. Please feel free to bring whatever you need and take it with you upon departure. Otherwise, we have fully stocked the kitchen with utensils, etc., and we hope you find it comfortable! IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Please dial 911. MISC: WIFI information is posted in the unit. The pool/fitness area fob is on the hook left of the garage entry door. Please return it there as you depart so the next guests may find it easily. Please do your best to keep track of the pool fob, as there is a $150 fee for a lost or taken fob! TRASH: Please dispose of your trash responsibly. Trash is picked up every Tuesday. Please set the bins out on the street the night before, but be careful not to block any driveways directly. REMINDERS: This is a NON-SMOKING unit, so if you do smoke, please do so outside and do not leave any of the doors to the unit open while smoking. If there is any evidence of smoke inside the unit, a minimum $500 charge will be applied to your account based on damages. ANY evidence of unauthorized animals; guests will be asked to leave and a minimum $500 charge will be applied to your account for HOA violation/damages/additional cleaning. *Your Pup is welcome as long as you've selected and paid the pet fee. Maximum of 2 dogs, under 50lbs, $50 per dog. NO other pets of any kind are allowed. NO gatherings allowed per fire code/HOA policies. Due to our license being in jeopardy if this rule is broken, guests will be charged for any fees/fines. Thank you for taking the time to read all of that!
