A great cozy cottage on Lake Orion with Kayaks and A paddle board. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants with a great fenced in backyard for cookouts! There is a hottub for cooler Michigan Nights. Option to rent the pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please be advised, there is construction occurring near the property so construction vehicles can be heard on occasion during the day/business hours. We do have an outdoor camera facing the street for deliveries. 30 days The space Guests have a wonderful yard on the lake great for yard games, catching some sun, or getting ready for a day on the lake. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The home sits just off the lake with a full lakefront yard with firepit and docking for one boat. The home has a decent size fenced in backyard great for cookouts and yard games. A very short walk down a path to the lake for swimming/kayaking/boating. The bedrooms are quaint and there is an extra toilet and sink on top of the full bath. Guest access Guests have access to entire house including laundry in the basement. The lakefront yard and dock also belong to the house. Other things to note Walking Distance to Downtown!
