This corner unit is especially amazing by the fact that not only do you have a private balcony but also 3 large windows surrounding your living area. Relax and enjoy a drink on the private balcony. The sunrises and sunsets are nothing less than spectacular. Enjoy the fun and beachy casual decor throughout. Sleep like a dream listening to the sounds of the sea on the comfy plush eurotop mattress! A new queen Murphy bed works so well to maximize our space. Perfect for a couple or small family! Sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress included! Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to enjoy a full meal and save by dining in! You will find the size "just right". Located on the 3rd level, corner unit, you are just steps away from some of the whitest beaches in the world. Complete with tennis courts, basketball, putting green, shuffleboard, horse shoes, outdoor grilling areas, (6) outdoor pools, Kiddie pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and 24/7 guard security complete with guarded entrance. In addition, Championship golf at Kiva Dunes is just next door. Enjoy the seclusion and privacy away from the traffic of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but still have access to the amenities they offer only 12 miles away. Local attractions include Charter Boat Fishing, Historic Fort Morgan, Waterville U.S.A. water park, Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA Theme Park, The Wharf and a host of other restaurants, shops, and fun activities. Per HOA regulations, there is a $40 vehicle registration fee (parking pass) for each vehicle with a maximum of 2 cars allowed per condo. Offering internet channels along with streaming Direct TV. - Enjoy our 4 beach towels. - Our unit comes complete with starter paper, 8 count towel set and full linen. - A coin-less laundry facility is located on the ground floor with the other building amenities (indoor hot tub, sauna, fitness room) exclusively owned by Plantation Dunes. Use the designated laundry app, or pay directly with a credit card. -We also have an honor system library on the ground floor. We are so pleased to now have our indoor pool open as an amenity for the Dunes building providing a pleasant option for your entire group. We have a vehicle on Turo! Guest access The entire property is community property and shared by all the associations except for the indoor pools. The indoor pool for our use is located in our parking area. Other things to note I recommend all my guests stop in the visitors center in Gulf Shores to see all the area has to offer. The address is 3459 Gulf Shores Pkwy, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. I do have a strict cancellation policy. I recommend purchasing trip insurance. For $40-50, you can have peace of mind to protect against most unforeseen circumstances.
