Up to 32' shallow draft! Parking is for one full sized vehicle / SUV or two compact vehicles. There is limited on street parking available so 1 vehicle is suggested. The cottage has a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, a vanity and lounging chair and ottoman. Entrance is through first entryway/ sunroom, into living room. The first floor den/room offers a twin bed. Bathroom is also on the first floor off the livingroom room. Full kitchen with hooded gas stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, full sized fridge, pantry,utensils,dishes,pots and pans. A covered deck with comfy furniture to kick off your sandals. Back yard includes: outdoor shower, BBQ grill, Adirondack chairs and 2 kayaks. The gated back yard gives way to sea wall with stairs to a low tidewater beach. We suggest water shoes, it is a shell area and kayak launch. The cottage is on the water, so please use the unguarded beach at your own risk. We recommend all paddlers wear vests and be capable swimmers for their own safety and enjoyment!! Our guests have private and full access to the yard, the beach and the first and second floors of the cottage. Entrance is street level and the second floor is accessed by a short staircase. We are available around the clock and can be reached by phone and text. Check in /out is touchless, but we are always available to check guests in and walk through if you would like. We want our guests to relax and enjoy their stay, so we give you space. However we are glad to respond in person to any questions you may have. Just ask! The Cove section of Island Park is a unique neighborhood on Aquidneck Island. While it is made up of close-set single family homes, it is very quiet and peaceful. Blue Bill Cove is one of the most desired mooring fields of n the state. It attracts weekend power boat cruisers, paddlers and fishermen all summer. It's grassy shores are home to swans, egrets, sea ducks, osprey and cormorants. The Cove's residents are very protective of the wildlife and everyone does their part to keep it beautiful and peaceful. A car is the best way to navigate the island. Even though the cottage is located on a flat water cove, this is still a marine environment and as such there are inherent risks of ocean waters and all guests should be aware of this environment. The Cove is a close knit, quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and stay within the cottage yard and beach only. Quiet hours are from 9P to 9A. Please abide by all of the property's rules, local laws and common sense.
