Inside the home, there are 2 floors that are set the same as one another (the home is technically a duplex, but is only rented out as one home so guests can enjoy access to the private pool and hot tub). This means there is one kitchen, 4 bedrooms and common living space on each floor of the home. **Please note that there are no interior stairs** **Please note that there is only room for up to 6 cars to park at the property** You can also have the pool heated at this property for an additional fee of $40 per night! This home does *not* allow smoking. This home does allow pets if the Pet Fee is paid! The Pet Fee is $125 per pet.
