Cozy Basement Apartment *Updated bathroom*

A unique basement apartment with a cozy ambiance to create a relaxing atmosphere. You will have access to the smart TV with amazon Prime and plenty of books or movies to choose from. The memory foam mattress will give you great nights sleep, allowing you to wake up to a small coffee/tea bar with plenty of selections, including different ways to make your coffee, and a full size kitchen with gas range stove for those chefs. Basic cooking utensils and items are provided. The space This is an old house with a tenant above you. Sometimes you might hear them above you. Everything has been updated for the space you will be staying in. The house does sit on the corner of a busy street. You might hear a little bit of traffic. There is no air conditioning. We have what we call Colorado air conditioning, which means you leave the windows open at night and close them mid morning when the temp gets warm. It's a basement apartment so it will stay quite cool during the summer and quite warm in the winters. This being an older house and a basement apartment, be aware that the ceilings are shorter. They measure 6'7". The other thing to note is that the bathroom is small. These things don't seem to bother most people, but I do want to list it just in case it might bother you. If this space does not seem like a good fit, it will not hurt my feelings. I would rather you be happy and in another space than a bad review! :) Guest access You will have full access to the basement apartment. There is a inside door leading to the other part of the basement (as indicated in the photos). That door is locked from both sides and there is a dresser in front of the door. We are revamping the outdoor space. Hopefully, that will be ready later this summer. As it is, there are a lot of outdoor projects going on. We are mindful of the noise and try to keep it down or do the work when guests are gone. Other things to note The yard and outdoor space is being renovated to create a wonderful outdoor space.
