Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with rock driveway and a stone brick sidewalk and a privacy fenced back yard one block from Callendar lake . It has a small rear patio, gas grill, and fire pit for relaxing outdoors! The Callendar Lake Community has a swimming area, public fishing pier, boat ramp, and a children's park that our guest can enjoy also! Come enjoy the weekend fishing, swimming, shopping in Canton, or browsing through the artsy shops in Edom. The space This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, brick home complete with a kitchen, living room, dining space for 6 guest, and full laundry facilities. It has a 2 car garage that houses a ping pong table, basketball hoops game, and a small concrete patio on the back. Livingroom has a full size couch, an ottoman, and a loveseat. Dining - Kitchen table that seats 4 and 2 bar stools at the bar. Guest access We have room for 2-3 cars to park on the rock drive in front of the garage. The neighborhood roads are asphalt. Garbage - There are trash cans in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. When you leave, please take trash bags to the dumpsters just to the left of the front entrance gates. For long term stays, guest use the garbage dumpsters up at the entrance of the neighborhood to empty the trash cans into or to take bagged trash to. They empty these weekly. Other things to note Our home has 2 full bathrooms. One with a bath/shower and one with a walk in shower. There are not steps or stairs at this property.
