This is located in one of the most notable suburbs in the US with top schools (if you are considering a longer rental) and top notch amenities at affordable prices to access (tennis courts/lessons, multiplex town pool). For vacationers who wish to enjoy NYC park your car in the driveway here, and walk to the train (it is a 1 mi walk to the MetroNorth train into central Manhattan). The space 4 Bedrooms Master with King and private Master bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Queen bedroom. Full Bedroom. Bunk-bed (two twins) bedroom. Hall bathroom with shower/bath combo. Living Room with Small office space. (With piano) Dining Room. Kitchen with large sunlit eating area. Powder room. Finished Basement/Den/Family Room Large television for family move nights. Kitchenette with microwave, sink, refrigerator. Desk area. Bathroom with shower. Beds accommodate 8. Additional sleeping would be on the couches in the living room or den. These are not pull-out, just traditional couches. Extra pillows and bedding can be found in the bedrooms. Guest access This is a fully private rental. The Guest will have the whole property privately. The guest does not have access to the garage. This is for owner's storage, however there is plenty of parking with two driveways. One driveway in the front of the house and one in the back. The back driveway is a large blacktop space. Good for playing ball, jump roping, learning to skateboard, roller skate, ride scooters, or ride trikes (sorry we do not have these things...we don't have little kids anymore). My kids loved to make side-walk chalk masterpieces. Other things to note **This house DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN POOL. If you are renting the house for 30 days (or more) you can take advantage of the town's wonderful amenities via the recreation department. There is a fantastic town pool facility with four pools, a concession area, a playground, and fantastic social experience for children. There are tennis courts all over town too. There is also a day camp. There are membership fees, but they are pretty reasonable for the quality and convenience of these facilities.
