Sit back & relax 🍷 at night under the stars by the FIRE PIT 🔥 or in the HOT TUB Enjoy biking, restaurants, cafes, wineries, boutiques, movies, and mini-golf in the town of Windham, world-famous Festivals, beautiful State land for hiking, photography, and Hunter Mtn skiing. The space This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (one king bed & one full bed) 2 bathrooms, full size sofa bed. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms ( two queen beds in one room and one queen in another room. Jaccuzi rules: Please be sure to follow Jaccuzi rules. Make sure bungee cord is securely fastened. Please be sure that sandbags are placed on top of the Jacuzzi cover. Please make sure that all four buckles are buckled. You will be held responsible for any damages done to the Jacuzzi. Guest access Guests have access to all bedrooms except for the closet in the master bedroom which will be locked up with owners private belongings. Other things to note Please be mindful that we are located in the mountains and power outages are very common. However, Central Hudson is very sufficient in restoring the power. You can track their progress at Central Hudson's website. Mini lanterns are accessible through out the house.
