Spacious, modern 3/2 with private pool. House is centrally located in a very quiet & safe residential area. Pets are allowed with deposit. All Hollywood points of interest are within a 10-15 minute drive. Ft Lauderdale airport is 15 minutes away. South Florida's best beaches are less than 15 minutes. Access to major highway (I-95) & theTri-Rail & Metro station is just a 3 min drive giving you access to discover South Florida by train as well. At night, you can see the light of Hardrock Casino from our backyard, which is 10 minutes away. Downtown Hollywood is 5-8 minutes away, with plenty of options for fine dining and bars. Dania Pointe is 5-8 minutes away with many options for dining, movie theater, bowling, and home of the newest improv in South Florida. During the day, grab some of the available beach chairs, towels, and cooler and take a 10 minute drive to South Florida's best beaches! Guest access Access to the whole house except for the garage, which will be locked. Three parking spaces in front of the house. Other things to note FYI (additional fee to heat pool) It is South Florida, and you may encounter lizards, Iguanas, mosquitos, bees, and squirrels in the backyard from time to time. $100 pet fee as well as a pet deposit of $200 per stay. Deposit returned after checkout if no damages were incurred. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.The pool is not screened and is surrounded by trees. Therefore, leaves can fall into the pool during your stay, especially if it's windy and when it rains hard. Per City of Hollywood: Max occupancy are 6 adults and 4 children.
