The space Large front yard with SOLO 🔥fire pit (plenty of wood included), 18x 20 covered 🚤boat parking, small front deck with comfy seating, private backyard with small propane fire-pit and propane bbq grill, back deck with patio dining area and plenty of seating, every cooking essential to make quick meals. Large TV to catch up on Netflix, ESPN, HBO/MAX and other streaming apps that are available, DVDs if you want old school 🍿📀 movie night (we throw in the popcorn also), several games or puzzles if you get rained in. Countless amenities for a relaxed & comfortable stay. This home is a manufactured home. We do not have a storm cellar but we can direct you to the safest place if a storm becomes dangerous. Guest access Details to access the home will be given after booking. Other things to note This is a large cul-de-sac type neighborhood with a boat ramp to the lake 2 blocks down. We can help you with information about parking at the boat ramp. Boat ramp is Army Corps land that you as our guest are welcome to use. The boat ramp is a bit steep,but we haven’t had anyone have a problem launching yet. We will be happy to help you with any questions.
