The space Stay in a custom renovated historic guesthouse in the heart of the NE arts district. Walking distance to breweries, restaurants (tacos literally next door!), and art. Short trip to downtown Minneapolis by bike (Nice Ride station 1 block away) or Lyft/Uber. After a full day of exploration, come back and relax in front of the fireplace or lounge in the king size bed. This unit has been designed specifically as a vacation rental. Between the king size bed and the sofa bed in the living room, it comfortably sleeps 4. The sleeping areas are separated, but the bedroom is not fully closed off with a door. Also note, there is a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and coffee supplies, but there is NOT a stove or full size oven. The Minneapolis area has a strong restaurant scene and I definitely encourage that you get out and experience it. Guest access The place is designed for guests, I do not keep personal items there. But please be respectful so future guests can enjoy the same level of comfort and a relaxing get away. Other things to note For your safety, and the protection of the guest house, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the unit.
