Lakefront Oasis near Lewiston & Niagara Falls 🌊

Forget your worries in this private and spacious getaway on beautiful lake Ontario. Our Lakefront Oasis offers a private patio with lake front views, open concept lower level area with a large kitchen island and dining area, coffee and tea bar, spacious living room area with a smart tv. Open to discussing dog visitors. Some attractions in the immediate area include Victorianbourg Wine Estate, Wilson Boat House, Sunset Bar and Grille, Wilson Tuscarora State Park. Hot Tub is NOT functional. The space Lower level sleeping area on the left wing of the house offers a master suite with a king sized bed, lake views, wall mounted smart tv and an attached bathroom including a stand up shower and separate tub. An upper level bedroom on the left wing of the house has a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, a separate day bed in its own nook and wall mounted tv. In the 3rd bedroom on the right side of the house, we have 3 full sized beds, making the ideal sibling/friend gathering space. A quiet enclosed office space is located on the lower level with a computer desk and chair as well as a sleeper sofa. Gas Grill is available for use. We ask for your help with cleaning the grill after use. Fire pit is also available for use in the spacious lawn. Fireplaces and Hot Tub are NOT functional. Guest access You will have your private access to the entire property along with the patio and backyard access within the boundaries of the property. The access to the boathouse and hot tub are not offered at this time. The property line ends basically along the east side of the boat house in the back yard. Our neighbors are lovely, but their property including the boat ramp should not be utilized. Other things to note As we want you to enjoy yourself, we ask to please respect our neighbors in the surrounding properties. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm-7:00 am. Please use reasonable noise levels in the outside areas and within the home. Please park within the boundaries of the property in front of the house and garage. When approaching the house, the neighbor's property begins about 3 feet to the right of the garage. We do ask that guests stay in our spacious backyard space and to not wander down the coast line outside of our property. Mailbox has the house numbers (4557) clearly visible on the top of the box. House is not visible from the road as the driveway is about 1/4 mile long. Hot Tub is NOT functional.
