Amenities include: - 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, newly renovated in July 2021. - Satellite TV, Apple TV, Sonos speakers and WiFi - Whole-house water filter. - Beverage center with mini fridge, ice maker, sink, and RO purified water (and ice) for beverages. - Fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. - Generator for backup power, easily operated with a push-button start, supporting all essential appliances including A/C and fridges. While we currently can't offer washer and dryer access, one has been purchased and is being installed. Like everything on an island, we aren’t sure when install will be completed - Please inquire about our timeline before booking if this is important to you. Our location offers easy access to the sea, ocean, and settlement, making it simple to explore everything Great Guana Cay has to offer. Guest access You have full access to our property. If generators have been on a lot our caretaker or helper may come to check oil (does not involve house access) but other than that it is yours to enjoy. There is a downstairs workshop/storage that is locked out. Other things to note three blink cameras are installed and clearly visible (one at upstairs entrance, one at downstairs workshop and one at door to downstairs). They will be disarmed the morning of your arrival. If you choose to have us leave a key, cameras will remain on until you arrive and retrieve the key. If you would prefer the cameras remain active, I’m happy to do so at your request. There are two cameras inside the locked out workshop that remain on. The camera on the cat food (under the house near the propane) remains on. (Guest book shows a screen shot of these locations). Trail cameras have never worked but are placed around the property; stand overs from post-dorian. Discounts for short notice, long stays, military/airline referrals and return guests. Please reach out. Likewise, happy to be as flexible as is reasonable on cancellations and rebooking; we travel a lot and I like good karma. And we know how complicated crossing and air travel can be when weather doesn't cooperate. Shorter stay may be possible at last minute. Calendar is blocked frequently for owner. Be aware that the minimum turnover is set to 48 hours and minimum notice is set to 3 days; these can often be shortened - please contact us so we can check with our caretaker about her availability. No children under 10, no animals. 1-4 guests only. No couch sleeping. Air mattess and bedding available for an additional $50 (still max occupancy of 4).
