Thank you for viewing my property. To ensure the safety of my guests during Covid-19 , I am blocking 5 days before and after all rentals. This is a rustic farmhouse nestled in the valley facing 11th mountain outside the remote hamlet of Bakers Mills. The house sleeps 11 people. There are 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a formal dining room and 3 full bathrooms. There's a front porch, a large backyard with a fire pit, a hammock, a gas BBQ (NO charcoal) and a covered patio area. The space The house is equipped with wifi and has one smart TV in the living room. There is a separate dining area. The small kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, as well as an oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Please note that all of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Guest access There is a small brook behind the house which you can walk out to. There is a barn and shed on the property but we kindly request that you do NOT enter those under any circumstances. This property prohibits smoking indoors - absolutely NO smoking allowed inside my home. If you must smoke, please do so outside and use an ashtray to properly discard your cigarettes. Please be respectful of the no smoking rule in my home. I am allergic and my daughter has lung issues. Other things to note The house is nine miles from Gore Mountain Ski Resort. During the spring and summer there are a plethora of activities nearby such as white water rafting, fishing, mountain biking, lake and river swimming, birdwatching and hiking.
