This sun drenched beach house has a large sunroom and living area with seating for 8 people perfect for hanging with your group, a spacious dining room, an updated kitchen and bathroom, and 3 comfy bedrooms upstairs with brand new mattresses purchased in March of 2024. Brand new hardwoods upstairs along with many other updates. Sleeps 6 in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. If you have a party of 7 people please do reach out to us. High efficiency Navien heater with full baseboard heaters on the first level which heat the home and upstairs nicely on most nights. Stocked with Brand new high efficiency Vornado room heaters available for upstairs bedrooms on particularly cold nights to provide more than enough heat upstairs as well. Air Conditioners supplied in the warmer months as well. Perfect little backyard fully fenced in for your furry friends. String solar lights for the evening as well. 3 dedicated parking spaces. We have a 3 car max limit. Should you need additional parking for guests who may visit you at the home, there is typically some on street parking available within 100 feet of the home always. There's also a playground located 300 feet from the house (4 minute walk) where there is parking available for guests who may visit while you are staying. We just ask that our neighbors driveways and dedicated spaces are respected always. Full outdoor basketball court a 1 minute walk from the home...please bring your own basketball! Also brand new playground right near the court as well filled with great energy burning activities for kiddos. A Blink security camera is on the front exterior of the house facing the street for guest and owner security. There are no security cameras anywhere inside the home.
