COVID CLEANED Private Garden Apartment. Feel at home in your private lower level living space. Our home is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and patios. We are located near the lake, on the lake bike loop, in the heart of Madison. Relax outside, enjoy dinner on the patio or have a bonfire. Venture out on a bike ride to the farmer's market on the Capital Square, or visit Monona Terrace, State Street, Olbrich Gardens or the Alliant Energy Center; just a short distance away. The space The BnB is a private accommodation. It is not a shared space. You have full use of the sunroom and the Garden Living Space Area which surround the sunroom. The apartment is a 600 sq ft lower level of the home /basement with the owner living upstairs. - there are alot of windows, a 4'x5' egress and 4 other windows which provide alot of light. -the living/ bedroom area is one space with a queen & twin bed, and chair. - queen and twin bed with feather and allergy free pillows. - fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster dishes and utensils. The kitchen is meant for light cooking. - continental breakfast is provided, coffee, oatmeal, snack bars. - large office work space with 9' of counter, desk area, office supplies, copy machine. - a smart big screen TV with sound bar at the foot of the bed for a relaxed view. -Netflix, Prime Video, U tube provided. -WiFi connection. - Bathroom with shower and personal amenities. - a 'green' living environment, fragrance free cleaners and linens. - air purifier in apartment for allergy health conscious guest. - Thermostat heater to regulate temperature to your liking. We ask that you wear no shoes in the living space so we can provide a clean apartment for all to enjoy. Guest access The entrance to the Guest's apartment is at the back of the home, through the sliding door in the sunroom. (Use the brick walk to the right of the driveway to access the back side). Please enjoy the garden living spaces around the home. There are seating areas, a cobblestone patio with a dining table and a slate patio with a fire pit. Washer and dryer available upon request. Other things to note Check-in and check-out 24 hours a day. Ceiling height is 7'-0. Heating ducts pass through in two locations (above the bathroom sink and desk area) where the ceiling height is 6'-0. Best for guests that are not taller than 6'-0.
