Relax with the whole family on Sabine Lake, which is known for its great flounder, trout, and red & black drum fishing! There is a 400 ft private pier with a handrail and automatic fishing lights at night to fish 24 hours a day. You are able to tie up your boat to the end of the pier if you need! Come enjoy the water at Reel Catch of Sabine! The space "Reel Catch Sabine" has a gated entrance, and the driveway can easily accommodate multiple vehicles and/or a boat trailer! 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath, and a loft with 2 air mattresses that are available for more beds! Please note there are stairs to enter the house, and stairs to reach the loft. The loft is secured by railing with a gate that can be secured, but might not be suitable for small children, but no worries, there are bunk beds for the kids in the second bedroom. Kitchen is stocked with all essentials for your cooking. Bathroom has towels, extra linens, laundry detergent, and toiletries with a new speed queen washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside the balcony is screened in for your convenience. Under the carport you will find a charcoal BBQ pit for your use, and a stainless fish cleaning table. And to save the best for last, there is 400+ foot lighted fishing pier with a handrail on one side. Automatic fishing lights are on from dusk to dawn to enjoy fishing day and night. The end of the pier is close to the water if you have a boat and makes for easy tie up. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and private pier during their stay. Other things to note Pleasure Island is unique as you can see the bay from one side of the house, and the intracoastal waterway on the other side of the road. Whether you want to watch big ships come in and out during the day, and fish at night, this property has it all. There is a bait shop, boat ramp, and community fishing pier all within a half a mile from the house. Want a beach day? Mae's beach is in Louisiana, and a short 15 minute drive from the house.
