Living and dining areas are open to each other and there's a nook for a desk, providing plenty of room to work. Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows or movies on a 50” smart TV. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and opens to the bright and airy kitchen. Brand new stainless steel, full-size appliances; Fridge with filtered water and ice, gas range with convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There's also a coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and toaster oven. Coffee, tea, sugar, oils, etc... Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and a cookbook. Everything you need to make wonderful and delicious meals. The skylight and window bring natural light in the bright white kitchen. Enjoy a meal in the enclosed front patio, where you can sit in the sun or shade. The spacious bedroom has a queen size, Seally posturepedic mattress, luxury white sheets, multiple dressers, and a walk-in closet. There's plenty of room for all your clothes and suitcases for extended stays. Step outside of the sliding doors to a private and enclosed back yard with a large deck. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine and watch the sunset. There are two seating areas and plenty of room to play ball with your well-behaved pooch in the grassy yard. The en suite bathroom has a large, curb less, walk in shower. There’s plenty of storage in the mirrored medicine cabinets. There's also a laundry room on site with full size steam washer and dryer, utility sink, ironing board and iron. Wi-Fi and two smart TVS allow you to stream from your favorite accounts. Ceiling fans in all main rooms and new central heat and air will keep you comfortable in any season. Guest access There's plenty of street parking, usually right in front of the house. Please watch for street cleaning- Mondays and Tuesdays from 12-2 pm. No parking on the premises. Walking distance to Supermarket, Drugstore, Starbucks, and fast food places. Also close to parks, movie theatres, post office, malls, hiking trails, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. Close to the 101 and 405 freeways, Metrolink, & LA Orange Line. Easy access to several LA attractions. Ventura Blvd is minutes away and full of cafes, shops, and boutique stores. Distances to local attractions: Lake Balboa is under 3 miles Universal Studios is under 8 miles Skirball Center and The Getty Museum are less than 8 miles Beverly Hills is less than 11 miles Griffith Park, Hollywood sign, and the Observatory are around 13 miles Other things to note Well behaved, housetrained, and quiet adult dogs are welcome. Please contact host for details. A pet deposit is required. The host lives in the main house and is happy to answer questions or help if something needed is not on site.
