Cottage in Rochester

If you're looking for a place to kick back and relax in style look no further. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio. The space Full access to the entire house (other then the basement, which has its own door). There’s a nice indoor porch, a small living room, two full bathrooms, a large kitchen with a counter-height dining area, a small bedroom, and a gorgeous upstairs converted attic (it’s insulated! so nice and warm) with huge windows on both sides. Guest access The whole house! Just not the basement. There’s no entrance from the house itself anyway. Other things to note Heated bathroom floors! Great for winter stays.
