Spacious, private 3/2 cabin on 5 acres on the Collins River. Perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking! PET FRIENDLY! Note: there is a housefly problem over the winter months. You’ll see a few at the doors and windows. The space Water access, (water levels fluctuate Sept-May). (STEEP 3-minute hike back up), dock, and a covered gazebo. Cabin has a large front porch with swing, and two decks with furniture, and a gas grill. Two bedrooms with full mattresses are on the main level. The primary bedroom with Queen bed with Jacuzzi tub is upstairs. Large leather sofa is in living room as well as a twin sleeper sofa. Guest access Parking is available at in the driveway and turn-around. There's also plenty of room to turn around up by the shop if you have a boat. Other things to note The code to the door will be sent to you the day you arrive. To lock, press the top button then turn the deadbolt.
