Maison Rose

Maison Rose is in a lovely position in a quiet village on the River Rance, overlooking the marina. There are two bar/ restaurants in the village, and plenty more in the near vicinity. The beautiful medieval town of Dinan is only 8km away by car and 6km away along the river path. The path extends beyond Dinan and is great for running, cycling and walking. There are 2 bars/restaurants within walking distance of the house. St Malo, Dinard, Mont Saint Michel and the Normandy landing beaches as well The space Accommodation in more detail: On entering the house there is an entrance hallway with a separate WC. Leading through to the open plan living/kitchen/dining area you are immediately aware of the spaciousness and light. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs. The dining table also seats a minimum of six guests. The modern kitchen has all you need for a self-catering holiday. This includes an electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The balcony is also on this level and is perfect for enjoying an aperitif whilst watching life go by at the marina! Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 both have King Size beds and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. A cot can be provided. The Master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room. Also there is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. In the basement is a utility area with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. OUTSIDE: The lovely, private back garden with its walnut and fruit trees, is perfect for eating “al fresco” during the warmer months. A Bbq has been provided and also a patio heater. Outdoor furniture also is available. Although dogs are accepted (one only and by prior arrangement) please be aware that the garden is not secured.
