You have plenty of private parking if you are bringing and rv, horse trailer or race car trailer. And we are just three minutes from Lake Josephine boat ramp if you want to bring your boat for some good fishing. If your looking for a quite place to relax,golf, and fish this is the place The space Our property is located just outside of town. Very quite and relaxing area. You can sit outside at night and see the sky full of stars. But still only a 15-minute driver to restaurants, shopping, movies, and out beautiful downtown. Let's not forget the Sebring Race track, also about a 15-minute drive. In the early morning or late afternoon, you can take a walk down to Lake Josephine boat ramp, which has a small park there and a boat ramp. Other things to note Our property is located just outside of Sebring only about a 15-minute drive from downtown. Our water is provided by a well next to the cottage with a filtration system installed. An our TV is a smart tv but only gets local channels on less you mirro your device. In the kitchen there are cooking pots, dishes, cups and utensils. There's also a Breata filtered container in the refrigerator. Living in a farm we use well water with a filtration system.
